Community Service


Regular meditation is commonly known to relieve stress and anxiety. According to the American Heart Association, meditation can also help lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure.

At the Heart & Vein Center we offer classes that provide insight into meditation and wellness. Our classes are a blend of meditations, group discussions, workshops, and lectures. These classes are conducted by experienced Yogis and are free of charge as service to the community.
